I have over 26 years of experience working with transgender clients of all ages.
I encourage my clients to do research about the services they desire and to ask as many questions as needed in order to feel confident in making the decision to come to me for those services.
I offer a variety of services for both transwomen and transmen clients.
Pricing for all services listed below is the same for everyone regardless of gender status.

Transwomen's Services
Permanent Hair Removal:
All face and body areas may be treated, including pre-op genital work. Either laser or electrolysis hair removal will be recommended depending on client skin color, and hair texture, quantity, and color. Though Integrity Skin Care & Wellness only provides electrology services, I am qualified to give you a consultation and referral regarding Laser Hair Removal Treatments. This may be an alternative solution for you, and I can help you make an informed decision on the subject. I do not accept insurance for hair removal, or any other services. Eyebrow Grooming:

Skin Care:
Skin care treatments can include face, neck, décolleté (chest), hands, and arms, making skin softer, more hydrated, more refined, and more feminine in appearance. Pre and Post Surgery:
If you are having Facial Feminization surgery, LED light therapy and microcurrent treatments will quicken the healing process, and at the same time will improve/lessen the scarring process.
~Recent studies have shown that skin treated with LED light therapy before and after cosmetic surgery tends to heal faster, showing amazing results for improved scarring outcomes.
For scar prevention and healing, 1-2 LED treatments are recommended at least one week and one day before surgery, and 3 or more consecutive treatments immediately after.
~Microcurrent pre-op is used to depuff and optimize the tissue to tolerate the surgery and speed recovery after; post-op, it is used to maintain the lift and to treat blood stasis, scarring and numbness. Microcurrent is an external source of energy that mirrors the body's own electrical energy. Applying it to the skin before and after surgery will help to jump start ATP (energy) in the mitochondria of the skin cells, improving healing outcomes, skin texture, tone, and overall look of the skin.
To prep skin for surgery, 1-2 treatments per week for 2 weeks before surgery and one day before surgery.
Post-op microcurrent treatments, to assist with healing, should begin 5 days after surgery and can be done 1-2 times a week for 4 weeks.
~Microneedling is another post-surgery option for scar reduction. Six months post-surgery we can discuss this option to help erase any residual scarring and to build a stronger collagen matrix.
~Enzyme therapy tightening treatments are also beneficial: before surgery to flush, detox, and oxygenate any sluggish skin, and after surgery to continue oxygenation to assist with improved healing and scar reduction (see my before and after pics for an amazing scar reduction of a 20-year-old scar!). Transmen's Services
Permanent Hair Removal:
FTM undergoing phalloplasty with urethral lengthening (construction of a neourethra) require preoperative permanent hair removal. The skin-flap area that will be used to construct the neourethra must be rendered free of hair-growth to avoid hair-related complications.

Skin Care For Hormone Induced Acne:
I can help you manage your skin throughout your transition to reduce the outbreak of acne eruptions, whether on the face or on the back or chest. Light therapy is also available to help manage severe breakouts.
Under the influence of testosterone, skin produces more oil, which only becomes problematic if one is genetically acne prone, or if one has a diet that also influences exaggerated oil production, or if one has both going on.
The genetic predisposition to acne requires the need for lifelong maintenance and being on lifelong hormone therapy you will need to learn how to manage your acne both topically and dietarily. Understanding the types of food choices that will benefit your skin and not exacerbate acne prone skin, as well as learning about topical skin management choices will help you to have clear skin without the need for more drugs.
Many dermatologists may say that Accutane/isotretinoin is the only solution but it's really only the last resort. Isotretinoin can cause many devastating life problems (1, 2, 3, 4) and should only be used as a last resort if all diet and topical therapies have failed. Additionally, under the iPLEDGE program, presently transmen will have to register as "females of childbearing potential" because of the risks associated with isotretinoin use.
